CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
*This is an in-person role, candidates should be located in SF. Additional office located in Marin, CA*

This is managing a team of around 10 FTE and growing. This is great for a seasoned manager/director/VP with a large number of direct reports and experience to take their career to the next level! Seeking an executive with experience in scaling and growth.

Our expertise is in providing egg donation, donor embryo, and gestational surrogacy services. Our services are in demand across a wide patient base, attracting a clientele locally, nationally, and internationally. Our company is privately owned and looking to expand our leadership team.

The Location:
Full-time, on-site, San Francisco & Marin

Responsibilities:

  • Must enjoy working with and coaching a team to execute a plan to meet the financial and operations goals
  • Oversee operations of the clinic, ensuring all activities comply with legal regulations and guidelines. This will include HR oversight.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Mentor and lead staff, evaluate performance, and help staff achieve their career potential.
  • Evaluate leadership team and recommend appropriate structure, roles, and responsibilities
  • Strong financial acumen to understand P & L, cost, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and manage the clinic's budget, ensuring resources are used optimally.
  • Create and execute Strategic Workforce and Capital Expenditure plans.
  • Oversee patient satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
  • Ensure that the clinic is updated with the latest healthcare technology and trends.
  • Coordinate with industry partners to streamline operations and improve communication.
  • Promote a positive and supportive work environment for all team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Develop organizational Key Performance Indicators and create plans to improve the metrics
