Job description

Our Customer is a technology company that connects people with the best of their neighborhoods across the US, Canada, Australia, Japan, and Germany. They enable local businesses to meet consumers’ needs of ease and convenience, and, in turn, generate new ways for people to earn, work, and live. By building the last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce, they’re fulfilling their mission to grow and empower local economies.

We are seeking a Client and Regional Support Specialist on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.

This individual will work closely with two Senior Strategic Partner Managers (Sr. SPMs), enabling them to focus on higher-level strategic management responsibilities. In addition to supporting internal workflows and administrative needs, this role will directly manage a portfolio of approximately 20–25 clients, ensuring a best-in-class partner experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to deepen their cross-functional knowledge, support multiple workstreams, and grow within strategic account and regional operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Management/Team Support (20–25 Accounts)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 20–25 merchants
  • Conduct monthly check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and escalate partner issues as needed
  • Monitor merchant performance and execute tactical initiatives to support growth and retention
  • Deliver consistent and high-quality partner communication
  • Support deck creation, data ticket submissions, and related operational tasks
  • Handle basic pitch and operational calls when needed
  • Support in Menu, Tablet, DAT form, or MXP submissions
  • Collaborate with Sr SPMs to align regional goals and identify opportunities

Skills and Qualifications:

  • You thrive in a cross-functional environment and can juggle operational and client-facing responsibilities.
  • You have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and are self-driven.
  • You have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working across multiple stakeholders.
  • You enjoy supporting others, anticipating team needs, and helping unblock workstreams.

We offer a competitive salary range for this position. Most candidates who join our team are hired at the median of this range, ensuring fair and equitable compensation based on experience and qualifications.
