  • Administer bonus loader file updates to ensure accurate posting of incremental points or rewards across cardholder accounts.
  • Coordinate with analytics and loyalty teams to maintain data integrity and ensure operational accuracy.
  • Manage the review and execution of Terms & Conditions documentation; ensure integration into all relevant marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Centers of Excellence, Credit, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure flawless campaign execution.
  • Maintain and grow brand presence within Marketplace platforms by driving marketing initiatives and ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
  • Contribute to marketing budget management by tracking and monitoring spend.
  • Partner with team members to enable Spanish marketing across lifecycle campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience with demonstrated expertise in campaign management.
  • Proven experience handling data file posting and transfer processes.
  • Familiarity with ORB or similar compliance review workflows.
  • General understanding of card carrier materials and statement marketing processes.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional partners without direct authority.
