Job description
Client Outreach Representative
Our client is a financial services firm that identifies and recovers funds owed to individuals and families who have lost a home to foreclosure. Through our experience, legal partnerships, and commitment to operational excellence, we help clients navigate a complex and often emotional process with clarity, dignity, and care.
We are a faith-based organization that values transparency, personal growth, and authentic human connection. Our culture encourages emotional maturity and a lived relationship with compassion and service, which informs how we serve our clients and support one another as a team.
Our work is grounded in three core pillars: Integrity, Compassion, and Excellence.
· Integrity guides how we communicate, operate, and honor our commitments.
· Compassion shapes how we listen and engage with clients who may be navigating difficult life seasons.
· Excellence drives our standards, accountability, and follow-through in every part of the recovery process.
Position Overview
The Client Outreach Representative is the first human connection many of our clients have with Nationwide Fund Recovery. This role requires a balance of professional outreach, emotional intelligence, and compassionate listening.
Clients we speak with may be navigating difficult or unresolved seasons in their lives. While we are not privy to every detail of their situation, we recognize that how we listen matters just as much as what we say.
This position is a remote, work from home position that is ideal for someone who can operate with a sales mindset without losing their humanity, and who finds purpose in serving others with patience, clarity, and respect. Upon success, first year average $30-$60k, 2nd year can be $80k-$150k with continued growth

- Becomes easily reactive or impatient
- Struggles to hold empathy alongside performance goals
Performance Expectations
This is a performance-based role with clear monthly outreach and conversion expectations. Representatives are supported with training, systems, and coaching to meet these goals.
Consistent performance is essential to success in this role. If expectations are not met over time, despite support and feedback, continued employment may be re-evaluated to ensure alignment for both the individual and the company.
