Job description

The Mom Project is excited to support our customer, a global provider of a broad range of technology and business consulting services, in their search for a Client Partner with experience in the healthcare or life sciences industries to join their team.

This is a hybrid role based in Morris Plains, NJ.

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and client-focused Client Partner with a strong background in managing complex Technical Statements of Work (SOW) and engaging with C-level executives. The ideal candidate will excel in building and maintaining long-term client relationships, driving solution-based engagements, and ensuring client satisfaction across multiple technology domains.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients in the health care/life sciences industries, fostering trust-based, long-term relationships.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to client executives, understanding their business challenges, goals, and requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Technical SOW Oversight:
  • Define, negotiate, and manage Technical Statements of Work (SOW) across various technology implementations, ensuring alignment with client expectations and scope.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to accurately scope and document project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Drive contract renewal, extension, and new SOW opportunities to maximize account revenue.
  • Strategic C-Level Engagement:
  • Engage and influence C-level executives by demonstrating value and understanding of their business priorities and technology landscape.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth by presenting innovative solutions that align with client business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Technical Teams to ensure successful project execution, maintaining alignment with client goals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to anticipate challenges and proactively address them to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess client satisfaction, project performance, and account health.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to client executives, focusing on results, improvement areas, and growth opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience:
    • 8+ years of experience in client management or account management roles, preferably in technology consulting or IT services.
    • Proven experience managing Technical Statements of Work (SOW) and large-scale technology projects.
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with C-level executives, delivering high-value solutions and advisory.
    • Experience in healthcare or life sciences industry required
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of technology solutions, IT infrastructure, cloud services, and/or digital transformation.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, project management software, and MS Office Suite.
