Part-Time Remote Client Service Associate (Back Office Administration)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Client Service Associate to support our back office operations. This part-time, remote role requires a proactive approach to handle various tasks including processing money movements, journal entries, transfers, and managing account paperwork. The candidate will ensure operational excellence in these processes to enhance client satisfaction and uphold the integrity of our firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Process requests for money movements, journaling, and transfers between accounts.
  • Assist in the opening of new accounts and updating existing account information, including handling all related paperwork.
  • Ensure all back office activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Work closely with the front office to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Resolve any issues related to account transactions and updates promptly and accurately.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service or administrative role within the securities, investment, or wealth management industry.
  • Strong proficiency in financial software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote setting.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining high confidentiality standards.
