Core Responsibilities
- Manage advisor calendars and client appointment scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and ensure client files are organized.
- Coordinate communication between clients, advisors, and professional partners.
- Provide concierge-level service, anticipating and addressing client needs.
- Use technology to streamline workflows and improve processes.
- Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
