We are seeking a Client Service Associate on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in NYC or Seattle.
Responsibilities:
- Support new account setup, change requests, and processing of cash raises across RIA and broker-dealer clients
- Provide operational support and perform data entry to onboard client accounts and process ongoing activity
- Work with client types including direct/retail investors, broker-dealer platforms, institutions, and advisors
- Support client communication through team email, ensuring a high-quality service experience across all channels
- Review and respond to reconciliation items such as delinked accounts, negative cash accounts, and new accounts
- Coordinate with custodians for service-related matters and generate custodian paperwork
- Run and maintain client information using CRM systems, including Salesforce
- Manage transactional and administrative tasks, including change requests, withdrawals, do-not-transact status updates, and document review
- Identify and address additional paperwork or missing documentation within client platforms
- Ensure operational accuracy, task prioritization, and follow-through to prevent errors or delays
Skills and Qualifications:
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment within financial services, RIA, or broker-dealer settings
- Commitment to operational excellence and internal service delivery
- Ability to manage multiple administrative and transactional tasks without letting items fall through the cracks
