Job description
Our client, a growing firm that serves high net worth clients, women in financial transition and business owners, is looking for a Client Services Manager. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in the financial securities, financial planning, insurance industries, is process oriented, highly detail oriented, positive, energetic and willing to learn and grow. The position is part time to begin with but would likely turn into a full time position. After the probationary period the person in this position would have the opportunity to reach bonus compensation goals and participate in a retirement plan.

Requirements:
- Business and/or office experience
- Securities and Insurance experience
- Professional attitude and presence are essential
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Must be able and willing to learn new software applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
- Self-motivation and initiative
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Well organized with strong attention to details/accuracy
- A sales-support oriented attitude is a must!!
Responsibilities:
- Process all service requests for current client requests;
- Realizing that superb client service sets Green Leaf Financial apart from other competitors and provides the most important factor in client retention, new business, and referrals. It is important that client service contact with clients be shown to be a positive and rewarding experience. All client service should be handled in a positive manner and,
- Be done efficiently and correctly the first time (rework cost time and money and leads to client dissatisfaction). Our motto is “NO-NIGO”;
- Be done timely, and that completion expectations are translated to clients;
- Be followed up on to make sure our other business partners (LPL (broker dealer), investment managers, Insurance carriers, etc.) are leveraged and sensitive to our client service expectations.
- Realizing that client servicing is a revenue generating activity to GLFC, all client service requests should be tracked efficiently and effectively to insure quick service to the client and rapid realization of revenue,
- Finally, ask questions, look for additional new business opportunities with client service requests
- Support Financial Advisor(s)
- Schedule and prepare for all current client appointments
- Prepare cases for all client meetings
- Prepare relevant reports for client meetings
- Meet, greet, seat clients and provide them World Class service
- Process all client service requests
- Process incoming checks within 24 hours and outgoing check request
- Process all clients account changes, including beneficiary, address changes, EFTs, TOAs, RMDs, etc.
- As necessary, prepare all account/product forms and applications
- Maintain and update the client service request spreadsheet
- Maintain all compliance records, and update necessary forms and licenses
- Administrative Duties
- Sharing of administrative duties including
- Filing and uploading documents to LPL and client electronic folders
- Mail opening and sorting
- Phone answering
- Facility presentation and pick up
- IT
- Updates system software and passwords
- Troubleshoot staff computer issues
- System back ups
- Supplies
- Maintain Inventory and order office supplies
- Conference Room Set-up
- Special Projects
