Job description

We are seeking a Client Solutions Manager on a contract basis to help support our customer’s business needs. You will act as a Marketing Solutions expert and identify create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for client partners.

What You’ll Do:


  • Serve as an external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnerships.

  • Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of solutions.

  • Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners).

  • Work and collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross-functional teams.

  • Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against key performance indicators (KPI's).

  • Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results in delivery.

  • Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance.

  • Project manage complex internal operational workstreams.

  • Oversee internal account operations (troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.)

Must-Haves: 


  • Experience with Excel and analyzing datasets and delivering insights.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and experience influencing C-level executives.

  • Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and/or statistical packages such as R, SAS, SPSS.

  • Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (direct response marketing, data, and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships).

Education: 

  • BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field.

Hours & Location: 

  • M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be remote while COVID restrictions are in place. The expectation is to be onsite at our Customer’s San Francisco, CA office once it is determined safe to do so.
