Job description

Client Success Project Manager, Part-Time, 100% Remote

  • Hours: 20/week Monday-Friday; with light travel to national conferences
  • Regular availability 4 hours a day Monday to Friday - Flexibility in hours to meet the needs of the clients including time zone
  • Hourly Range: $27/hr-$30/hour


Our client is seeking a go-getter with a sales mindset and strong project management skills to assist supporting client onboarding and nurturing existing accounts. This is a customer facing role meeting on a regular basis with hospital clients with an emphasis on building relationships from contracting through renewal

Job Responsibility / Tasks - To be discussed during interview:

  • Leads the customer success process fostering relationships with hospital partners and serving as the main point of contact through the life of the client relationship
  • Guides new clients through the onboarding process ensuring successful set up and launch of our platform
  • Supports the contract pipeline through vendor documents and contracting
  • E-Course Annual License Clients
  • Organizes and leads pre-launch calls for e-course clients
  • Coordinates details of the launch with Project Manager of Technology
  • Conducts regular customer success meetings focusing on engagement, best practices, client satisfaction, and business growth and renewals
