We are seeking a Co-Marketing Activation Lead on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end execution of co-marketing campaigns, from initial brief and setup through launch and post-campaign validation
- Manage campaign activations, ensuring accurate deployment of budgets and alignment with advertiser goals
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights on targeting strategies, creative optimization, and ROI
- Serve as the primary point of contact across Sales, Marketing, Media, and Creative teams
- Translate campaign requirements into actionable activation plans across platforms
- Oversee QA processes to ensure flawless execution and compliance with platform requirements
- Support technical creative operations, including asset testing, spec validation, and trafficking across channels
- Troubleshoot issues and provide operational support for internal teams using the proprietary activation system,
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to ensure the timely delivery of campaigns
- Manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong experience in digital media operations, particularly within co-marketing or retail media environments
- Hands-on experience managing multi-platform campaigns (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, programmatic)
- Experience with campaign activation, trafficking, and QA processes
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, creative specifications, and performance optimization
- Experience working with data platforms, CMS tools, and campaign reporting systems
- Ability to manage high-volume, cross-functional campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Agency experience managing co-branded or high-volume campaigns
- Experience supporting or working with proprietary ad tech platforms
- Familiarity with closed-loop reporting and attribution models
