Job description

Commercial Interior Designer
1099 Project
Remote - but local to CT or Tri-state Area for meetings
5 hours/week

We are looking to build a long tern relationship with designer that we can work with continually as projects arise.

We need assistance in design of common areas as well as tenant build outs. this would be a consulting gig and as mentioned we are looking to build a long standing relationship to help us continue to develop our brand.

We have several office building in downtown Stamford CT and several multi-family properties in the south.

I would love to find someone somewhat local to Stamford Ct or in the Tri-State areas so that they could attend some in person meetings.

Fees are totally negotiable
