Job description

Title: Commercial Litigation Attorney

Location: Remote

Status: Ongoing 1099 contractor, ~ 6 hours per week

Hourly Range: $75 - $150/hr, commensurate with experience

Ideal Candidate: is licensed to practice law in the State of New York, with experience in both commercial and litigation matters.


Our client is a boutique commercial real estate law firm seeking project-based support for specific litigation matters, typically involving real estate in New York or judgment enforcement.


  • The ideal candidate will have commercial litigation experience in New York City
    • Preferably with a background at an AM Law firm.
  • Responsibilities include
    • Conducting legal research
    • Drafting advanced pleadings
    • Provide strategic legal advice
    • Preparing memoranda of law, among other tasks.


This is a project-based role that may be performed remotely. We are also open to discussing a part-time position for the right candidate. We would especially value someone who can provide strategic legal advice as well.
