Industry Experience: Banking / Credit Unions / Appraisals
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare Commercial Loan Documentation using the LaserPro Documentation software
- Follow-up with customers to obtain necessary closing documents and information.
- Schedule signings with lenders and/or escrow companies.
- Order title reports
- Order Appraisals
- Answer payment questions
- Organize customer files
Qualifications/Skills
- Experience with LaserPro
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Self-starter
