Job description

A well-established law firm in Charlotte, NC specializing in commercial real estate, tax, estate planning, corporate transactions, and finance is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate attorney. We are a mid-sized firm dedicated to delivering top-tier legal solutions for private clients, entrepreneurs and real estate developers, and this is an exciting opportunity for the right person to come in and provide immediate value in our expanding Commercial Real Estate practice group.


This role is for a real estate attorney who can manage a real estate transaction from contract to closing. Senior associate attorneys or attorneys seeking an Of Counsel position are welcome. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate, including contracts, closings, leases, development, and/or joint ventures.


Qualifications:


· Four or more years of experience in commercial real estate law.

· Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate documents, and handling commercial real estate closings.

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex legal and financial matters.

· Excellent communication, writing, and negotiation skills.

· Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited school; NC Bar.
