We are seeking a Communication and Engagement Program Manager on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote and candidates must be able to work during Pacific Standard hours.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop communication plans and schedules that are tailored to specific audience needs, and proactively identify opportunities for engagement
  • Produce content aligned with overall strategy, effectively conveying key messaging and resonating with the target audience
  • Create, edit, design, and distribute content across multiple channels (email, video, blog) to support the Expert Network and its communication initiatives
  • Manage the communication delivery process and timeline; creating, testing, sending email campaigns, and measuring performance
  • Proactively engage cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to understand and assess communication needs, providing recommendations as required
  • Ensure all content aligns with strategy and is consistent with brand identity, voice, and tone
  • Engage with the target audience in internal forums and discussions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide answers and address concerns

Must Haves:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Communication, Employee Engagement, Marketing, or related field
  • Excellent writer, editor, and content developer
  • Ability to operate at a fast pace or against tight deadlines
  • Self-starter, proactive
  • Ability to apply feedback

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Hours & Location:

  • M-F, 40 hours/week. This role is 100% remote and candidates must be able to work during Pacific Standard hours.
