By building the last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce, they’re fulfilling their mission to grow and empower local economies.

  • Support restaurants with in-app marketing, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Engage with local community members to raise awareness.
  • Distribute handouts and marketing materials to merchants.
  • Participate in community events (farmers' markets, beach clean-ups, etc.).
  • Monitor return bins for visibility, correct usage, and placement in high-traffic areas.
  • Recommend modifications or improvements as needed.
  • Starting in January, conduct a weekly collection route to pick up containers from participating consumers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on program design, awareness campaigns, and operational improvements.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Located within driving distance of Half Moon Bay, CA. No need to be onsite every day, once per week may suffice. Can be located anywhere within an hour drive of Half Moon Bay.
  • Availability for 10-20 hours per week, with some weekend coverage. Generally need this person to be available during some weekdays and business hours.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or marketing.
  • Experience with pilots, launches, or community engagement campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with comfort engaging restaurant owners, consumers, and community groups.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 20+ lbs.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with circular economies, sustainability, or food/packaging programs.
  • Background in restaurant partnerships, food tech, or related industries.

Hours: 10–20 hours per week (flexible, varies by project phase)

Commission: $50 per meeting set, $75 per restaurant closed
