Parent Ambassador & Outreach Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote but candidates need to live in the Palo Alto, CA area)


About the Role:

We’re looking for stay-at-home moms who are active in parent communities and passionate about education to join us as Community Outreach Managers! This flexible, remote opportunity requires around 3 hours a day and is perfect for someone who loves connecting with other parents.


Responsibilities:

  • Share Academy’s classes in relevant Facebook groups, WhatsApp circles, and online forums.
  • Engage with parent posts and conversations to spread awareness about our offerings.
  • Post testimonials and create basic content for social media.
  • Refer interested families and facilitate introductions.
  • Participate in occasional planning or feedback calls.
  • Connect with school groups/PTAs, sports classes, extracurricular circles, and homeschool co-ops to promote Academy.
  • Represent Academy at small local events as needed
  • Bring creative ideas to help us grow!


Who You Are:

  • A parent who is actively involved in online and offline parent communities.
  • Comfortable posting, engaging, and starting conversations online.
  • Enthusiastic, self-driven, and passionate about educational opportunities for children.
  • Familiar with Facebook, WhatsApp, and basic social media platforms.


Work Hours:

Approximately 3 hours per day, fully remote, flexible schedule.
