We are seeking a Compensation Project Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
Operational Workflow & Cross-Team Coordination
- Ensure day-to-day compensation operations run smoothly by coordinating deadlines, tasks, and dependencies
- Maintain and publish a centralized calendar of deliverables, milestones, and timelines
- Coordinate work between Compensation Design, Recruiting Operations, and People Analytics to ensure alignment across data inputs, workflows, and deadlines
MBR/QBR Reporting & Status Consolidation
- Manage recurring compensation reporting workflows, ensuring updates are collected and consolidated
- Produce executive-ready reporting summaries for MBR/QBR reviews
- Track progress, risks, and blockers across workstreams and proactively escalate issues
Enablement, Training & Communications
- Create enablement materials including training decks, process guides, how-to documents, resource pages, internal wiki updates, and compensation cycle communications
- Prepare stakeholder-ready summaries and templates
- Support polishing, version control, and distribution of materials
- Ensure documentation maintains consistent messaging, brand alignment, and accurate processes
Documentation, Processes & Resource Maintenance
- Maintain compensation documentation, workflow guides, and internal wiki content
- Support alignment of compensation processes across global teams (e.g., off-cycle awards, job family changes, leveling workflows)
- Keep process documentation and workbooks current, accurate, and easy to navigate
Project Management & Tracking
- Support task tracking systems, project plans, and cross-functional workflow visibility
- Coordinate reviews, route materials, and maintain structured project documentation
- Ensure clear visibility and accountability across compensation workstreams
Light Analytics & Reporting Support (Preferred but Not Required)
- Assist with basic data analysis, data preparation, and spreadsheet-based tracking
- Use Excel or Google Sheets for reporting inputs, templates, dashboards, or data extracts
- Partner with People Analytics to validate data, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare leadership reporting inputs
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in project management, operations, HR, or compensation support functions
- Assisting with basic data analysis, data prep, and spreadsheet-based tracking (e.g., reporting inputs, headcount lists, compensation templates).
- Using tools like Excel or Google Sheets to help structure data, maintain dashboards, or prepare reporting extracts.
- Working with People Analytics to validate data, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare inputs for leadership reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accuracy
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and maintain high operational rigor
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office equivalents
