Job description
Are you ready to take your construction defect practice to the next level? Join our customer's dynamic litigation team and handle complex residential and multi-party construction defect cases from start to finish!
The role is 100% Remote, hybrid if in Santa Ana, CA
What You’ll Do:
- Lead residential and multi-party construction defect cases.
- Draft pleadings, handle discovery, take depositions, and participate in mediations and trials.
- Collaborate with partners, associates, paralegals, and experts to develop winning strategies.
- Advise clients on risk, exposure, and litigation strategy—all while keeping the pace high and energy up!
Who You Are:
- Must have construction defect litigation experience, preferably on the general contractor side.
- Must be California-barred
- California Bar member with 2–10+ years of construction defect litigation experience.
- Skilled in managing multi-party residential construction defect cases.
- Confident in litigation from filing through trial.
- High-energy, collaborative, and ready to tackle complex, fast-paced matters.
