Job description
We are located in New Braunfels, TX! We are looking for a Content Marketing Assistant to join our team. The Content Marketing Assistant will coordinate and execute the company’s marketing content and social media. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, creative individual.
Content management duties
- Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels and ads)
- Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social media, podcast content, and email marketing
- Leverage the right tools to manage content
- Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns
- Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, and podcast)
- Manage all email and social media campaigns
Core marketing responsibilities
- Execute marketing plan
- Social media content creation
- Re-use podcast content to create email newsletter
- Assist with lead magnet creation
- SEO (search engine optimization)
Qualifications/Skills
- At least 1 year experience working with social media
- Goal oriented, self-directed and self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Deadline and detail oriented
- Must have experience with Canva and LinkedIn
- Preferred experience with ConvertKit and WordPress/Elementor sites
