Job description

We are located in New Braunfels, TX! We are looking for a Content Marketing Assistant to join our team. The Content Marketing Assistant will coordinate and execute the company’s marketing content and social media. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, creative individual.

Content management duties

  • Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels and ads)
  • Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social media, podcast content, and email marketing
  • Leverage the right tools to manage content
  • Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns
  • Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, and podcast)
  • Manage all email and social media campaigns

Core marketing responsibilities

  • Execute marketing plan
  • Social media content creation
  • Re-use podcast content to create email newsletter
  • Assist with lead magnet creation
  • SEO (search engine optimization)

Qualifications/Skills

  • At least 1 year experience working with social media
  • Goal oriented, self-directed and self-motivated
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Deadline and detail oriented
  • Must have experience with Canva and LinkedIn
  • Preferred experience with ConvertKit and WordPress/Elementor sites
