We are seeking a Content Marketing Lead on a contract basis to help support our customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Own the content strategy and execution focused on educating and empowering small business owners globally
- Author a comprehensive small business playbook that translates product features into actionable growth strategies
- Identify, interview, and develop customer success case studies showcasing small and medium-sized businesses using product solutions to scale
- Partner with Insights and Communications teams to transform data into trend reports and editorial content
- Develop thought leadership content that establishes the brand as a trusted voice for small businesses
- Translate multiple product offerings into a unified, customer-centric narrative
- Develop content that supports the full marketing funnel, from brand awareness to product adoption and retention
- Partner with Product Marketing, Brand, Insights, Web, and Communications teams to ensure content consistency and strategic alignment
- Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to create scalable and adaptable content frameworks for international markets
Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial strategy, or brand copywriting
- Experience focused on B2B or small and medium-sized businesses
- Proven track record of producing high-quality business guides, long-form playbooks, and data-driven thought leadership reports
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of the small business ecosystem, operational pain points, and content consumption behaviors
- Experience working as an early hire on a team or launching a new sub-brand within a matrixed global organization
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across product, insights, and creative teams
- Data-driven approach to content strategy and performance optimization using engagement metrics and user insights
- Strong editorial judgment, creative taste, and editing skills with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across multiple content formats
