Job description

SUMMARY:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Content Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets ranging from brand awareness to product promotion.

The Content Marketing Specialists will oversee all marketing and communication efforts, ensuring that the strategy and vision are communicated and executed effectively. This role is responsible for coordinating with other marketing and sales team members to implement innovative campaigns for branding, programs and signature events. Duties include researching target audiences, recording data from campaign results to add to future reports and overseeing the organizations social media channels to ensure brand uniformity. Additionally, this role will coordinate the tactical execution of marketing and communication tasks performed per the strategy.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Content Marketing Specialists will work with marketing company to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the organization's goals, ensuring brand consistency across all channels. They willoversee content creation for the website, social media, newsletters, and TV while coordinating the efforts of the team responsible for social media management, newsletters, website content, and data analysis.

This role involves coordinating, tracking and monitoring data and trends from marketing campaigns and leveraging it to provide insights and recommendations that optimize all efforts, increase reach and viewership.

The Content Marketing Specialists should be able to:

  1. Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends
  2. Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
  3. Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
  4. Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
  5. Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
  6. Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
  7. Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  8. Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role
  3. Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
  4. Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
  5. Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM), applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.), Campaign Marketing, and AI Tools.
  6. Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired
  7. Well-organized and detail-oriented
  8. Exceptional communication and writing skills
