Content Marketing Specialist - Full Time

Remote - East Coast candidate preferably

Salary- $60,000 - $65,000


Position Overview

This is a full-time remote role for a Content Marketing Specialist. You’ll be responsible for creating and distributing content that fuels engagement, conversions, and brand growth. This is a hands-on role combining copywriting, creative graphic design, video editing, and social media execution. The role also involves monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

Copywriting & Content Creation

  • Research and Write blog articles, eBooks, landing pages, website copy, ad copy, and other marketing assets.
  • Develop SEO‐optimized titles, meta descriptions, and content that aligns with client goals.

Social Media Content

  • Plan, write, and design posts across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Create visuals and edit short‐form video content; schedule and manage posts via social tools.

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Collaborate with account managers and strategists to develop editorial calendars and campaign concepts.
  • Ensure all content reflects each client’s brand voice and is optimized for its intended channel.
  • Speak to customers and get a better understanding of their business and services to help inform and write content direction.

Performance & Optimization

  • Track content performance and make recommendations to increase engagement and ROI.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and emerging platforms.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or social media marketing (B2B and agency experience is a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Proficiency with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite; comfort with video editing.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and how to write for both humans and search engines.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for great marketing.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong Communication skills
