Our Customer is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Contingent Worker to serve as a Content Operations Coordinator to support their business needs. This role is onsite in Los Angeles, San Francisco Bay Area or NYC.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the high-precision review of creators for a run project for eligibility
  • Apply clear guidelines and standards for review
  • Relay critical learnings to team members for adjustment of guidelines and practices



Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of work experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to use high discretion to make decisions that meet the project’s objectives
  • Previous experience working for content platforms (i.e. YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, Facebook, Instagram) or for creator agencies preferred
  • Previous experience as a content creator or content producer for social media content preferred
