This company contributes to human progress by empowering people to express themselves, live in the moment, learn about the world, and have fun together.

We are seeking a Content Producer I on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is onsite in Santa Monica, CA.

Role Overview:

  • We’re looking for a GTM Content Producer to take product launch ideas from concept to finished short-form video.
  • You’ll shoot ideas, animate product UI from Figma, edit, and ship content that shows the target users what a new feature does and why it matters.
  • You’ll work closely with the Design Lead, Product Marketing & GTM, and help build the templates and playbooks that make future launches faster.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop funny, culturally relevant creative concepts for the organization's GTM product launches.
  • Produce and direct content end to end, including shooting, talent direction, and appearing on camera when needed.
  • Edit and finish short-form video quickly.
  • For example, turn 30 minutes of raw footage into a polished 30-second cut in the same day.
  • Animate product UI directly from Figma so features look exactly as they do in the app.
  • Own color, sound, typography, subtitles, and adapting assets for every format and platform.
  • Build a reusable motion template library and set clear standards for organizing and handing off files.
  • Capture content at events and work with creators and brand partners.
  • Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, and Comms to deliver on launch timelines.
  • Priority launches get strong, on-time creative that makes features instantly understandable.
  • Content drives engagement and conversation about the organization on and off platform.
  • Reusable formats and motion templates make each launch faster than the last.
  • The work feels culturally current and true to the organization's brand.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years in video editing, motion design, content creation, or creative production, with work that has performed well on social.
  • Expert in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve or equivalent, with working fluency in Figma.
  • A reel with excellent animation craft and strong color, sound, and typography skills.
  • Strong storytelling and comedic instincts, plus comfort on camera and at events.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work on same-day and next-day timelines.
  • Active brand user with a deep feel for internet culture and creator formats.
  • Organized, self-directed, collaborative, and humble.
  • Preferred Qualification: Experience creating for a consumer tech product or major consumer brand.
  • Experience building motion systems or a recurring content franchise.
