Our Customer is seeking a Content Review Manager on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is 100% remote.
The Content Review Manager provides editorial and operational oversight for all externally shared content within the technical organization. This role is responsible for managing project workflows, coordinating reviews with cross-functional partners, and ensuring timely completion of content reviews. The position focuses on maintaining accuracy, consistency, and adherence to internal policies while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Asana portfolios with custom fields and automation rules across multiple projects.
- Review external content requests, assess next steps, and facilitate appropriate review cycles.
- Schedule and manage deadlines across multiple stakeholders to ensure timely content delivery.
- Coordinate blog post editing with vendor partners and manage cross-functional internal reviews.
- Maintain and update internal program policy documents and resources.
- Collaborate with review partners to identify and implement process efficiencies.
- Monitor ongoing requests and progress to ensure on-time completion of all content reviews.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with requestors and reviewers throughout the process.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Background in Public Relations (PR) or Media Relations preferred.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Working knowledge of Asana and portfolio management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and shifting priorities simultaneously.
- Tools & Systems: Asana, Jira, GSuite, Workday, and Concur
