Our Customer is seeking a Content Specialist on a contract basis to help support their business needs. This role is 100% remote.



Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Content Ops Lead and Media Ops team to build and quality-check content for hotel property pages.
  • Adapt workflows based on each partner's connectivity setup.
  • Perform quality assurance on content integrations where connectivity exists.
  • Execute full content builds where integrations are not available.
  • Develop working knowledge of partner-specific requirements and processes.
  • Anticipate partner needs and requirements proactively.
  • Surface recurring blockers, content gaps, and partner-specific issues to the Content Ops Lead.
  • Manage multiple property builds simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Build room-level content for hotel property pages following established standards and guidelines.
  • Use AI-assisted tools and prompting techniques to draft, refine, and improve room descriptions and supporting copy.
  • Review AI-generated content for accuracy, quality, and tone.
  • Tag and organize property and room photography.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in content production, editorial, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong written English skills.
  • Strong grammar, spelling, punctuation, and usage skills.
  • Experience working with content creation and editing workflows.
  • Comfort using AI-assisted writing tools.
  • Ability to learn and apply prompting techniques for content development.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify inconsistencies in content and imagery.
  • Experience with photo tagging and organization.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite applications.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing workflows and partner requirements.
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset.
