We are seeking a Content Strategist for a contract basis to join their team. This role is Hybrid if near a LinkedIn office in Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL, Detroit, MI, and Omaha, NEWhat You’ll Do:
- Plan, design, create, edit and publish in-product guidance content
- Test content and user experience, collaborate and troubleshoot with engineering, and involve support when required
- Maintain content throughout its lifecycle, archiving and/or updating content as required
- Collaborate internally with product and other cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Product Marketing, and Product Operations) to gather requirements, validate deliverables, and align timelines for completion
- Take a customer-first approach by considering audience needs and in-product user experiences, and consider technical requirements to populate the UI correctly and for the right users
- Ensure in-product guidance content aligns with the company voice and standards, following all internal policies and external regulatory requirements
- Partner with key stakeholders to achieve shared goals and meet key timelines, anchoring on program prioritization and requirements
- Partner with Digital CS Program Manager on high-level program delivery, ongoing evolution and enhancements, and program strategy
- Track and report on key performance metrics
- Proactively surface any issues or opportunities, working with the team and/or across stakeholder and vendor groups to resolve or enhance
Must Haves:
- 3+ years of experience in content strategy and content writing for in-product help, product support, user education, instructional design, and/or technical writing
- 1+ years of experience in non-technical project coordination skills
- Experience with WalkMe tool or a similar product
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong project coordination
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines with little supervision
- Ability to communicate and collaborate across internal teams, cross-functional partners, and/or external vendors
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Ability to adapt to the application of emerging technologies
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Hours & Location:
- M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% remote out these locations, Hybrid if near a LinkedIn office in Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL, Detroit, MI, and Omaha, NE
