Content Strategist and AI Specialist (Financial Services)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Content Creation and Blogging Specialist to help us organize and produce high-quality content using AI tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in macroeconomics, portfolio construction, and financial analysis, coupled with excellent writing and content management skills. You will work directly with the founder to develop and manage a content strategy that aligns with our business goals and enhances our online presence. A major project will be to create a knowledge-based system for the company to drive content creation, keep clients informed, and generate interest through blogs.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage content creation using AI tools.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent publishing.
• Research and create high-quality blog posts on financial topics relevant to our target audience.
• Collaborate with our financial advisors to produce insightful and accurate content.
• Optimize blog posts for SEO to increase visibility and drive traffic.
• Ensure all content complies with FINRA regulations and other relevant guidelines.
• Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and coherence.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant topics into the content strategy.
• Develop a knowledge-based system to drive content creation, keep clients informed, and generate interest through blogs.
• Work with the founder via Zoom to keep them updated on your progress and ensure alignment with our goals.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content creation, blogging, and using AI tools for content generation.
• Strong understanding of macroeconomics, portfolio construction, and financial analysis.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of FINRA regulations and compliance in financial content.
• Proficiency in WordPress or other content management systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Adept with technology and generative AI tools.

Preferred:

• Experience working in a financial services firm.
• Familiarity with financial planning software and tools.
• Knowledge of local SEO strategies to drive traffic.
• Strong understanding of macroeconomics and how the Federal Reserve works.
