Job description

We are an AI assistant built to help busy working moms reduce the mental load of managing a family and home—starting with meal and grocery planning. We are on a mission to give moms back their time, energy, and peace of mind so they can focus on what truly matters.

We’re at a pivotal moment as we prepare to scale, and we’re looking for a Social Media Strategist to help us build a social content machine that drives awareness, engagement, and organic growth.

We are looking for a creative powerhouse and strategic thinker with a deep passion for solving the mental load for moms. You’ll develop and execute a social media strategy that speaks to the struggles, joys, and needs of our audience—busy working moms.

This role is about scaling a social content machine that drives consumer awareness and app adoption across all social media, building our organic channels and building a network of creators to help amplify our message. You’ll ideate, manage, and amplify content that doesn’t just get views but resonates deeply and turns viewers into loyal users.

This role has the potential to turn into a full-time position as we grow!

What You’ll Do

  1. Social Content Strategy Development: Define and execute a multi-channel content strategy focused on brand awareness, organic growth, and user acquisition.
  2. Deeply Understand the Audience: Relate to the struggles of busy moms and translate that understanding into content that feels seen, helpful, and inspiring.
  3. Content Creation: Produce snackable short-form videos and work with creators to influence high-quality content that will resonate with their audiences.
  4. Systemize & Scale: Develop repeatable frameworks and workflows for content ideation, production, and distribution to drive efficiency and scale.
  5. Amplify High-Performing Content: Identify winning creative and work with the growth team to amplify it through paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest).
  6. Measure & Optimize: Define KPIs, analyze performance data, and continuously iterate to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
  7. UGC & Influencer Strategy: Source, amplify, and scale user-generated content that builds community trust and drives word-of-mouth.

What We’re Looking For

  1. Passion for the Problem: You relate deeply to the mental load that busy working moms carry and are excited to create content that helps them feel understood, supported, and relieved.
  2. Proven Content Scaling Experience: You have 3-5 years of experience scaling social media content machines for consumer brands, ideally targeting parents, families, or lifestyle audiences.
  3. Incredible Creativity: You’re a natural storyteller who can transform pain points into relatable, compelling, and engaging content.
  4. Social Media Expertise: You have a strong understanding of organic social content creation and optimization across TikTok, Instagram Reels (potentially Pinterest).
  5. Strategic & Analytical: You can balance creativity with data, leveraging performance metrics to drive decisions and improve content effectiveness.
  6. Collaborative Leader: You know how to inspire and coordinate a team of creators, freelancers, and marketers to execute a cohesive vision.
  7. Growth Mindset: You thrive in a fast-paced, scrappy startup environment and are always eager to test, learn, and iterate.
