Contract Part-Time Attorney / Specialist — Trusts & Estates / Elder Law

We are a Brooklyn-based estate planning and elder law firm serving over 4,000 clients, is seeking a contract part-time attorney to join our team on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
This role covers maternity leave for one of our team members, with the possibility of an ongoing or permanent arrangement for the right candidate.
**You don't necessarily have to be a practicing attorney, if you have an interest in elder care and community and are a great fit for the business and team, we would love to connect**
Responsibilities:
• Drafting client amendments to existing trusts
• Preparing new trusts and wills
• Conducting client consultations
• Leading document review meetings
• Handling client phone calls and correspondence
Qualifications:
• Active NY Bar admission
• Background in estate planning, elder law, or real estate strongly preferred
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday, in-office (Brooklyn)
Compensation: $55–$75/hour, commensurate with experience
Start date: ASAP
