Job description
**CALIFORNIA BAR LICENSE REQUIRED**
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and Responding to Motions
- Drafting Meet and Confer Letters
- All aspects of the Discovery Process
- Drafting Mediation Briefs
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in California.
- 5+ years of experience
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of providing strategic legal advice in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Technological competency and an understanding of AI utilization in workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, online research databases, DocuSign, and relevant applications/systems.
