About the Role:

The Graphic Designer will work directly with the VP of Brand Marketing, Director of Brand Marketing, and Marketing Project Manager to design and produce creative brand deliverables. You will play a critical role in contributing to the continued evolution of our brand, and delivering key brand initiatives.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with Brand Marketing leadership to conceptualize and design branded material and content to support ongoing company brand needs such as visual design assets, slideware design, sales materials, organic and paid social tiles, video/animation, one-pagers, branded swag and additional adhoc creative.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to execute day-to-day and/or large-scale campaign deliverables
  • Ensure all deliverables are meeting stakeholder requirements, including adherence to established timelines and expectations
  • Work with the marketing project manager to manage the day-to-day queue of design projects and timelines.Maintain a keen understanding of best practices for digital media with emphasis on LinkedIn, FB, Twitter, IG
  • Ability to bring interactive design elements to support social engagement (gifs, video).

The skills and abilities you’ll need to succeed:

  • 5+ years of design experience, preferably in an agency, B2B, fast-paced or startup environment
  • Sophisticated sense for digital design, composition, typography, color, conceptual graphic design, and layout creation
  • Demonstrated deep understanding of B2B And B2C Marketing and how this it translates to high-quality creative and design
  • Experience creating a diverse range of digital and print marketing materials for multi-channel marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross functional teams.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing software such as Photoshop, Acrobat, Premiere Pro or After Effects, InDesign, or Illustrator
  • Able to define their own work, meet deadlines, and gracefully pivot to accommodate shifting priorities.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing various assignments simultaneously while delivering high quality, on-brand deliverables, on time.
  • You have a strong portfolio of work demonstrating how you’ve brought a brand to life
