CONTRACT MANAGER
- Remote (strong preference for Montana & Nevada residents)

The Company provides Tier 1 accounting, finance and HR services to our client base of leading venture- and growth-stage companies. Based in Billings, Montana, our employees and consultants, consisting of CPAs and accountants with private industry experience, are located across the US. We deliver services to our clients both in person and remotely.
Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Contract Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leading law firm, specializing in contract review and administration.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of contract law, exceptional analytical and organizational skills, and a proven track record of managing complex contract-related tasks with precision and efficiency.
We place a priority on quality of life for its consultants.
The position location is flexible/work from home, with preference given to candidates in the following states where the Company has an employee presence: Montana and Nevada. The position is part-time, with hours based both on consultant availability and client needs, but must have availability during business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and draft various types of contracts, including but not limited to commercial agreements, service contracts, and NDAs.
- Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to execution, including monitoring compliance and handling amendments or renewals.
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients to ensure that contract terms align with legal requirements and organizational and contract compliance objectives.
- Conduct thorough research and due diligence to support contract negotiations and dispute resolution.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records and summaries of contract negotiations, changes, and performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of contract management processes and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with our professionals and clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal in a leading law firm with a strong focus on contract review and administration.
- Advanced knowledge of contract law, legal terminology, and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to analyze complex legal documents and identify key issues and risks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of contract management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.

Salary & Benefits
This role is hourly and compensation is DOE. Primary caregivers and others requiring a flexible work schedule or reduced hours, both in- and outside of business hours, are encouraged to apply as this is a part-time position.
