Role: Digital Marketer & Mom Ambassador
Organization: Local Lemonade
Type: Part-time / Contract (Flexible Hours)
Location: Remote (U.S.-based, preference for Phoenix market)
Overview
Client is launching a platform designed to help kids start simple neighborhood businesses. They are looking for a digitally savvy, community-oriented parent to help drive early awareness, engagement, and trust with families.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage company's presence across Instagram, Facebook, and various online outlets (parent blogs, podcasts, forums, etc.)
- Create and publish content (posts, short-form video, stories) that resonates with parents and kids
- Activate grassroots marketing through schools, PTAs, and neighborhood groups
- Serve as a visible “mom ambassador” — sharing authentic experiences and building trust with other parents
- Identify and manage local partnerships (schools, camps, community orgs)
- Support early user acquisition and feedback loops during launch
Who You Are
- Parent (ideally with elementary or middle school-aged kids)
- Strong understanding of social media and content creation (especially Instagram and short-form video)
- Well-connected in local parent networks (online and offline)
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable operating in an early-stage environment
- Passionate about helping kids build confidence, skills, and independence
Compensation
- Base pay + performance-based incentives tied to user growth and engagement
- Potential for expanded role as company scales

Screening Questions
- Describe the parent communities you’re actively part of (online and offline). How would you leverage those networks to drive the first 50–100 Local Lemonade signups?
- Walk us through 2–3 specific content ideas (posts or short-form videos) you would create in the first two weeks to build trust and engagement with parents. What makes them work?
- This is an early-stage launch with minimal structure. Give an example of a time you independently drove an outcome (event, campaign, or initiative) from idea to execution. What did you do and what was the result?
