Role: Digital Marketer & Mom Ambassador

Organization: Local Lemonade

Type: Part-time / Contract (Flexible Hours)

Location: Remote (U.S.-based, preference for Phoenix market)


Overview

Client is launching a platform designed to help kids start simple neighborhood businesses. They are looking for a digitally savvy, community-oriented parent to help drive early awareness, engagement, and trust with families.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage company's presence across Instagram, Facebook, and various online outlets (parent blogs, podcasts, forums, etc.)
  • Create and publish content (posts, short-form video, stories) that resonates with parents and kids
  • Activate grassroots marketing through schools, PTAs, and neighborhood groups
  • Serve as a visible “mom ambassador” — sharing authentic experiences and building trust with other parents
  • Identify and manage local partnerships (schools, camps, community orgs)
  • Support early user acquisition and feedback loops during launch

Who You Are

  • Parent (ideally with elementary or middle school-aged kids)
  • Strong understanding of social media and content creation (especially Instagram and short-form video)
  • Well-connected in local parent networks (online and offline)
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable operating in an early-stage environment
  • Passionate about helping kids build confidence, skills, and independence

Compensation

  • Base pay + performance-based incentives tied to user growth and engagement
  • Potential for expanded role as company scales
