Job description

Job Title: Contract Recruiter (Part-Time, Remote, 20 Hours/Week)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contract Recruiter to support our hiring needs on a limited basis. This fully remote role involves dedicating 20 hours per week to working along our outsourced recruiting firm and coordinating with candidates for various roles within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Vendor Management: Attending and coordinating calls with external recruiting firm.
  2. Coordination: Schedule interviews and facilitate communications between candidates and hiring managers.
  3. Post-Interview Coordination: Schedule internal feedback and scorecard session with hiring team.
  4. Reporting: Provide weekly updates on recruitment progress and metrics.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a contract or remote capacity.
  2. Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  5. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
