Contract Recruiter Job Description

Location: Remote (US) | Part-Time

Team: People

About Us:

We are modernizing the banking industry. Our APIs connect developers directly to banks,

enabling them to embed a full suite of financial services—bank accounts, payments, custom debit cards,

and more—into their applications.

We’re replacing outdated, mainframe-based software with scalable, developer-friendly solutions that

empower fintechs and banks to partner more efficiently and bring innovative products to market faster.

About the Role

We're looking for a Contract Recruiter to support our continued growth and commitment to building an

exceptional, diverse, and values-aligned team. This is a part-time, high-impact role for someone who is both

strategic and detail-oriented, comfortable managing full-cycle recruiting while delivering an outstanding

candidate experience.

You’ll work closely with business leaders and the People Team to ensure we are attracting, assessing, and

hiring top talent efficiently and equitably. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced

environments and loves building strong relationships and repeatable processes.

What You’ll Do

● Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of technical and non-technical roles

● Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and build effective

interview plans

● Coach and support interview teams throughout the process to ensure alignment with our hiring

philosophy

● Track and analyze key recruiting metrics (pipeline health, diversity, conversion rates, etc.) and adjust

strategy accordingly

● Ensure a seamless, transparent, and inclusive experience for all candidates

● Collaborate with the Chief People Officer to align hiring efforts with broader company goals

● Communicate proactively with stakeholders to keep hiring processes moving, even outside of

standard working hours

About You

● 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth tech or startup environment

● Experience recruiting for a range of roles, including engineering, product, and business teams

● Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS), with a focus on

process improvement

● Strong communicator and relationship builder with a track record of working effectively across

functions

● Highly organized and capable of managing multiple roles and priorities simultaneously

● Curious, self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving quickly

● Committed to embedding equity, inclusion, and culture alignment throughout the hiring process

Not sure you meet 100% of the requirements? We encourage you to apply anyway—your unique

background and experience might be exactly what we need.

We’re excited to meet you!

We believe great people build great companies. If you're passionate about building high-

performing teams and shaping the future of banking, we’d love to hear from you.
