Job description

We are seeking a Contracts Specialist on a contract basis to help support our customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote - PST, MST, and CST preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and redline enterprise contracts, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), amendments, renewals, and supplier agreements.
- Manage end-to-end contract execution processes, including routing contracts through approval workflows and securing signatures.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for external vendors, suppliers, and partners throughout the contracting process.
- Ensure timely communication and resolution of outstanding contract items.
- Manage an assigned portfolio of contracts, including tracking milestones, renewals, expirations, and contract status updates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategic Sourcing, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and other stakeholders to align contract terms with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate contract records within contract lifecycle management systems.
- Provide contract status reporting and administrative support as needed.
- Support enterprise supplier management and commercial contracting initiatives in fast-paced environments.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in contract management or commercial contracts.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and redlining skills.
- Experience managing full contract lifecycle administration.
- Experience handling software contracts.
- Experience managing end-to-end contract execution and signature workflows.
- Experience working directly with external vendors, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to ramp quickly and work effectively in fast-paced enterprise environments.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Experience in maintaining contract records and tracking contract milestones.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with legal, sourcing, procurement, and finance teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working within large technology organizations.
- Experience supporting construction, facilities, real estate, or culinary-related contracts.
