Job description
Our customer is a leading global media and entertainment company that creates and distributes a large portfolio of content and brands across television, film, and streaming and is available in over 200 countries and territories and over 45 languages. Headquartered in New York, NY with more than 30 office locations in the United States.
We are seeking a Coordinator, Brand Strategy and Solutions on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days remote and 2 days onsite/week) in Knoxville, TN.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, organize, and manage assets for sponsor content integration projects.
- Collaborate with marketing and editorial teams to coordinate sponsorship needs and deliverables.
- Coordinate with production partners to incorporate sponsor products in giveaway programs.
- Take detailed notes during meetings and distribute recaps to project stakeholders.
- Communicate with clients, agencies, account executives, sales support staff, and production teams regarding timelines, mockups, and sponsorship details.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of all custom creative materials.
- Maintain detailed project records in a centralized system.
- Generate reports to summarize project statuses.
- Provide support to the overall marketing activation team as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1–2 years of project management experience (including internships or college group projects).
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, public relations, social media marketing, or advertising sales.
- Coursework or internship experience in a corporate setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and interacting directly with high-level clients.
- Solid understanding of digital platforms, including web, video, mobile, and social.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred
- Experience working for advertising agencies or large employers in related industries.
