Job description

Our Customer is an American worldwide clothing and accessories retailer, founded in 1969. Over the last 50 years, the company has grown from a single store to a global fashion business with seven brands. Their clothes are available in 90 countries worldwide through over 3,100 company-operated stores, almost 400 franchise stores, and e-commerce sites and is still growing.

We are seeking a Fabric Research and Development Coordinator on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid (onsite 3 days a week) in San Francisco, CA.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage entering and maintaining fabric information in PLM, MIRO and fabric reference libraries
  • Maintain physical and digital fabric libraries that are representative of historical and new trend appropriate fabric
  • Assist in seasonal development by pulling test reports and preparing submits for review
  • Assist in cross sourcing by pulling test reports and preparing submits for review
  • Assists in pulling fabric hangers for key meetings
  • Manage requests and tracking for tailoring samples
  • Seasonal data analysis as needed
  • Monitor calendar to ensure on time deliverables?

Qualifications/Key Competencies:
