We are seeking a Copywriter on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.
The Copywriter will support the creation and development of compelling, on-brand advertising copy across brand and product marketing initiatives. This role is focused on translating strategic briefs into clear, engaging, and differentiated creative that drives awareness, consideration, and engagement across key audiences.
The position partners closely with Brand, Segment Marketing, and Creative teams to support campaigns across digital channels, including display, paid social, and native advertising, as well as print and select owned and event-driven channels across North America and EMEA. Responsibilities include ensuring messaging aligns with brand standards and is optimized for performance across channels.
Working from ideation through execution, the role contributes to the development of impactful creative that simplifies complex financial concepts and effectively engages clients and prospects throughout the customer journey.
Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling advertising copy across digital display, paid social, print, and campaign extension formats.
- Translate strategic briefs, campaign objectives, and product positioning into differentiated creative concepts and messaging.
- Partner with designers and marketers to ideate and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Adapt messaging across channels and formats while maintaining consistency with brand standards and platform best practices.
- Contribute to concept development, including headlines, scripts, and campaign narratives.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously while managing timelines and delivering high-quality creative work.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback while maintaining clarity, messaging integrity, and creative quality.
- Ensure all copy complies with regulatory, legal, and compliance standards.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices within financial services advertising and marketing.
- Support additional brand and marketing writing initiatives including social media, event activations, and thought leadership content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, concept development, and creative presentations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in advertising copywriting within agency or in-house creative environments.
- Experience writing across digital, social, and print channels.
- Strong storytelling skills with a strong understanding of tone, voice, and messaging clarity.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and audience-focused messaging.
- Experience working within brand guidelines and campaign systems.
- Strong understanding of digital and social platforms and channel-specific copy optimization.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong creative thinking and concept development abilities.
- Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and performance goals.
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities within fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong presentation and idea communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within financial services or other highly regulated industries.
