Job description
The Mom Project is excited to partner with our client, a full-service financial marketing firm based in Santa Monica, CA, specializing in strategic advisory and corporate access solutions. Our client is dedicated to profiling CEOs and executives of emerging growth companies, fostering relationships with family offices, institutional investors, and private equity firms. They are looking for a Corporate Access Media Specialist to design and implement impactful corporate access initiatives that elevate executive visibility and engage targeted investor audiences. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of financial media expertise, content creation skills, and experience managing high-stakes corporate access events.
Core Responsibilities- Design and implement media engagement strategies tailored for emerging growth companies and their executive teams.
- Coordinate and produce high-quality video content, podcasts, and digital presentations for investor communications.
- Manage end-to-end virtual and hybrid corporate access events, including roadshows and investor conferences.
- Create compelling marketing materials and digital content to position client companies effectively for potential investors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, investors, and media partners.
- Track and analyze media engagement metrics to optimize content strategy and delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all communications.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of investor contacts and engagement history to support strategic outreach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, investor relations, or financial media, ideally within the financial services sector.
- Proven track record in executing successful media campaigns, with a strong understanding of capital markets, investment community dynamics, and corporate governance.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in video production and editing software, as well as experience with virtual event platforms and digital content management systems.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with SEC regulations and compliance requirements related to corporate communications.
- Experience with social media management, analytics tools, and a data-driven approach to optimize engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
