Job description

Firm is a boutique business law firm located in Century City, California. We represent some of the most recognized consumer product, food & beverage, and lifestyle brands. We are seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney with extensive experience drafting, negotiating, and managing license agreements for consumer products. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working at the intersection of intellectual property, brand management, and corporate law.


Core Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of license agreements involving consumer products, brand collaborations, and intellectual property rights.
  • Counsel clients on intellectual property protection and commercialization strategies, including trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.


Qualifications/Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, with a strong focus on intellectual property and license agreements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in consumer product licensing, brand partnerships, and intellectual property transactions.
  • Excellent negotiation and drafting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
