Corporate Sourcer (Remote - EST/CST)

The Mom Project is excited to support our customer with their search for an experienced Corporate Sourcer to join them in a contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for Marketing, Sales, and G&A roles across 15+ countries
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role profiles and target talent markets deeply
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent communities, Boolean search, social platforms, and referrals
• Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening to assess interest, English fluency, and baseline experience
• Track candidate engagement and pipeline progress using ATS / CRM tools (Greenhouse preferred)
• Provide weekly insights on pipeline health, conversion, and market competitiveness
• Promote employer brand through outreach messaging, events, and referral engagement

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience (agency or in-house), preferably across corporate/G&A roles
• Experience sourcing across multiple regions (preferred)
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and CRM/ATS tools
• Strong written communication and ability to tailor outreach across cultures
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles and markets in parallel

Hours and Location

• Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
• This role is remote between Eastern and Central time zones
