We are seeking a Craft Skills Operations Manager on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is hybrid onsite in Mountain View, CA or San Diego, CA
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing operations related to craft skills development, ensuring alignment with business goals and values. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Communications, People & Places (HR), and t4i (IT), to drive operational excellence. What You'll Do:
- Support planning and execution of key L&D programs: Oversee event and experience recruitment, manage event communications, and handle event/experience logistics.
- Manage learning tech stack: Oversee the implementation and management of learning technologies, providing recommendations on how to scale efficiently.
- Learning analytics: Evaluate and analyze learning experience effectiveness and support the measurement of craft skill adoption in collaboration with the Craft Skill Development team. Share and execute actionable improvement, optimization, and best practice recommendations. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Maintain learning content updates on Craft Skills catalog: Ensure the catalog is up-to-date with the latest content and resources.
- Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement: Within the operations team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships: With internal and external partners, agencies, and vendors.
Must-haves:
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience in operations management or talent development, preferably in a marketing or related field.
- Strong understanding of operational best practices and resource management.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical approach with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative operational strategies.
- Proficiency in operational management tools and systems
