We are looking for a passionate Creative Director / Content Marketing Specialist who will bring our mission to life through compelling storytelling and innovative marketing strategies. Your creativity will be the heart of our brand, crafting messages that resonate deeply with families and communities. You’ll create content that inspires and connects with audiences on an emotional level and showcases the transformative impact of our programs.

The ideal candidate will focus on paid performance marketing, creating high-converting assets that drive our paid advertising campaigns, directly impacting customer acquisition and retention efforts. You will oversee the strategy and creative vision of our brand, ensuring consistency across all assets. Your role will involve driving engagement and conversions through compelling copy and visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities

Idea Development:

  • Shape the strategic direction and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Develop creative ideas that align with marketing goals and brand identity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement innovative campaigns.

Graphic Design:

  • Create visually appealing designs for ads, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Ensure all visual content aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives.

Copywriting:

  • Write compelling, persuasive copy for various platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and websites.
  • Drive engagement and conversions through effective copy.

Performance Focus:

  • Apply performance marketing principles to optimize campaign results.
  • Analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions for future improvements.
  • Stay updated on the paid performance space and implement effective strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a creative director or content marketing role focusing on performance marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with digital content creation.
  • Strong portfolio of creative campaigns and high-converting assets.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting campaign performance data.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; collaborative team player.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends in performance marketing and startup environments.
