Job description

About Twisted Alchemy

Twisted Alchemy was founded in hospitality with one simple goal: make better cocktails easier to execute. What began behind the bar has evolved into a fast-growing brand with a strong B2B, on-premise, and retail presence. As we continue expanding within the beverage, CPG, and better-for-you spaces, we’re looking for team members who understand how to build connection and credibility across multiple audiences, from bartenders and operators to retail buyers and health-conscious consumers.

We are a design-forward company that values authenticity, creativity, and thoughtful storytelling, both online and off.

About the Role

Are you ready to shape the creative voice of a fast-growing premium cold-pressed juice brand? Join the Superfruit Revolution as Creative Marketing Manager at Twisted Alchemy, you will lead hands-on creative development while building the systems and workflows that bring our brand to life across retail, e-commerce, digital, and experiential touchpoints.

This role blends design execution, visual storytelling, and operational rigor, ensuring every campaign, asset, and in-store moment reflects Twisted Alchemy’s mission to elevate spirits with health-conscious positioning. You will be a key driver of creative excellence, by remaining deeply connected to the creative work that fuels retail and hospitality impact and brand growth.

Core Responsibilities

Creative Leadership & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end creative development, from concept and ideation through final production and delivery across priority brand, sales, and marketing initiatives
  • Own creative execution for campaigns, product launches, trade programs, events, retail activations, paid/owned digital, and experiential moments
  • Develop compelling visual storytelling that clearly communicates brand value in both digital and physical environments
  • Create visually polished presentations, pitch decks, sell sheets, and internal communications to support sales, distributors, and partners
  • Establish and evolve creative and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across internal teams, agencies, distributors, and retail partners

Project & Asset Management

  • Own asset management systems, including:
    • Digital asset library organization (DAM, shared drives, cloud platforms)
    • Version control, naming conventions, and usage rights
    • Ensuring assets are easily accessible and up to date for internal and external teams
  • Oversee creative timelines, briefs, approvals, and deliverables using structured project management workflows
  • Partner with leadership to prioritize projects based on commercial impact, seasonal needs, and growth initiatives

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, operations, and leadership to translate business goals into strong creative solutions
  • Manage and direct external agencies, photographers, and designers as needed
  • Serve as a creative thought partner—bringing proactive ideas, clear rationale, and solutions to creative and operational challenges
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels, adapting creative rationale to different audiences

Brand Stewardship

  • Champion Twisted Alchemy’s brand standards, tone, and premium positioning
  • Ensure consistency and excellence across omnichannel marketing, including:
    • Retail & on-premise
    • Distributor tools
    • Events & trade shows
    • Digital, social, and email
  • Continuously raise the bar on creative quality while improving efficiency and scalability

Required Skills & Experience

Creative & Technical Skills (Hands-On)

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
    • Photoshop
    • Illustrator
    • InDesign
    • (Premiere Pro / After Effects a plus)
  • Strong working knowledge of Canva for fast-turn, scalable brand assets
  • Ability to concept, design, and produce assets independently—not just direct others
  • Strong visual design sensibility with attention to typography, layout, and brand consistency

Project & Workflow Management

  • Proven experience managing projects end-to-end, from brief through production and delivery
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated experience managing asset libraries and creative workflows
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines in fast-paced, campaign-driven environments

Experience & Mindset

  • 2-5 years of experience in creative marketing, brand, advertising, or design roles (CPG, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands preferred)
  • Experience across omnichannel marketing, including retail, experiential and digital
  • Strong collaborator with a solutions-oriented, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
  • Comfortable operating in a growth-stage environment where process-building and flexibility are essential
  • Passion for storytelling, design, and building a premium brand with credibility in the beverage and hospitality space
