Job description
We are seeking a Creative Operations Assistant to support a high-energy entrepreneur and content creator with real estate, personal branding, and content production. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for organization, creativity, and digital content. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring projects run smoothly, and helping execute engaging social media and YouTube content.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Management
- Assist with planning, filming, and editing short-form (TikTok, Instagram Reels) and long-form (YouTube) content.
- Help brainstorm and script creative challenge-based video ideas.
- Post and schedule content across social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
- Monitor and respond to audience engagement (comments, DMs).
- Project Coordination
- Support real estate flipping projects by coordinating with contractors, sourcing materials, and tracking progress.
- Keep track of deadlines, budgets, and project milestones.
- Liaise with other team members, such as virtual assistants or contractors.
- Operational Support
- Handle administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, managing emails, and tracking expenses.
- Research and present solutions for business challenges (e.g., finding new tools or marketing strategies).
- Maintain and update content calendars, project plans, and task lists.
- Creative Growth Initiatives
- Help identify trends and opportunities for viral content in the real estate and personal growth niches.
- Contribute to building the personal brand by aligning content with core values (freedom, growth, authenticity, connection, and impact).
- Assist in launching and managing a Skool community or other paid membership programs.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Previous experience in content creation, social media management, or project coordination.
- Background in real estate, marketing, or creative industries is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or Canva).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
